NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course
This course covers the basics of safe firearm ownership and operation. It is designed for the absolute beginner and can be used for the Florida Concealed Weapon Permit requirements. This one day course has both classroom and range sessions. (50 rounds of target ammo)
Florida Concealed Carry Course for Experienced Shooters
This class covers the material required to obtain a Florida Concealed Weapon Permit. It is oriented to the experienced firearms owner. The course is approximately three hours of classroom time and one hour of range time. (50 rounds of target ammo)
Introduction to Concealed Carry
This four hour course covers the fundamentals of concealed carry and the use of deadly force in self defense. This course is approximately four hours of classroom time with light to moderate physical activity. Active dress is recommended.
Introduction to Defensive Shooting
This class advances the students skill set into integrated defensive systems that employ empty hand, knife and gun. Dynamic movement and advanced shooting skills are introduced to the student. This one day course includes both classroom and range sessions. Active dress is recommended. (300-500 rounds of target ammo).
Private Classes Available
Private classes are also available to you if you are uncomfortable with being in a classroom environment or if you learn better in a one-on-one environment. It is also a good option if you can't come to a regular class because of work or time constraints.
Onsite Training
We also offer training at your location or facility. This is a great option if you have a group of friends or co-workers that would like to go through training together.
Spouses are also encouraged to come. We offer a 50% discount to spouses of registered students. Let us know at the time of registration if your spouse will be attending.
*Target ammo should be factory loaded full metal jacket ammunition. No reloads or exposed lead ammo.
** Students are encouraged to bring their own firearm and gear as appropriate.
