How to Purchase a Firearm from Bay Area Tactical Inc

Step 1:    

Purchase firearm(s) through our secure Online Store.

Step 2:

Choose a local FFL (Federal Firearms License) Dealer near you that will accept firearm transfers.  You will need to contact the dealer for their policies, procedures, and applicable fees.  You will receive an e-mail after your order is complete to fill out a form with your FFL Dealer's Information.  We will contact your dealer and request their license sent to us if we do not have it on file.

Step 3:

We will normally send out your order 2 - 5 business days after we receive your FFL Dealer's information.  Firearm(s) will be sent to your dealer.  We will not ship firearm(s) directly to you or to non-FFL holders. 

**NOTE: Please inspect all purchased firearm(s) carefully before you accept the transfer.  Make sure the firearm is what you ordered and all accessories, magazines, manuals, etc. are with the firearm.  We cannot accept return of the firearm after you have accepted transfer as the firearm is now used.
